About This Spot

Stepping into Tintorera Wine Restaurant feels like entering a quietly refined haven where the pleasures of good food and carefully chosen wines unfold at a gentle pace. Nestled along the coast in Alboraia, this spot carries a relaxed yet intimate vibe — the kind that invites both lingering conversations and moments of peaceful appreciation. Soft lighting and well-spaced seating create a cozy warmth without feeling cramped, making it a lovely place to savor an evening away from the bustle.

Here, dining moves beyond simply eating; it becomes an experience woven with delicate, thoughtfully crafted dishes and a curated selection of wines that celebrate heritage and detail. The kitchen’s offerings might range from subtly comforting pumpkin soup to the refined elegance of tuna tartar, paired effortlessly with a glass from their impressive wine collection. The thoughtful balance between select flavors and textures gently guides the evening’s rhythm, turning each plate into a quiet celebration of local and imported influences.

The service complements this atmosphere with a sincere attentiveness that never feels intrusive, creating a sense of being welcomed in rather than served. Guests often find the space both unhurried and easygoing, where the occasional Italian wine exhibition adds a touch of discovery to the experience, encouraging conversations about the stories behind each bottle.

Tintorera embodies a blend of neighborhood familiarity and a subtle fine dining sensibility—an inviting spot where effort and care are evident in every detail, from the flavors on the plate to the warmth of the human moments shared across the table. It’s easy to imagine returning here not just for the food or the wine, but for the comfortable feeling of belonging that settles in between each course.

We had the gamba’s as a starter, and the roastbeef as a main course. The food was nicely presented, and just delicious. The wine was very good as wel. We paid 96 Euro for a 3 course dinner for 2 people, very good price quality. Would definitely go back

For us the best restaurant for fine dining in Patacona. Excellent service through Marco and his team. Food is outstanding and great attention to detail is given. The location and ambience with Italian wine exhibition is unique. Price quality relation is highly appropriate. We will come again many more times!

Wide variety of vines. Not a lot of options of dishes but they are delicious. Cozy and intimate atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Amazing food and wine. 1st visit we did the menu was a bit bigger, than 2nd time. But food is amazing. Service is also great apart from nee staff that wasn’t up to speed when we came for the 2nd time. But generally good. We will definitely go back!

Undoubtedly best restaurant in Patacona! This place is a must if you love good food and want to enjoy selected wines. Menu is very creative and high quality raw materials. However service and wine selection are the real soft spots: let Giorgio guide you through the wine list and suggest the best wine - food pairings.

Had a delicious dinner here. The service was excellent, the waiter giving us recommendations on portion sizes and dishes. Food was delicious, each full of flavour - highlights were the cod capaccio, gazpacho, dessert cheese selection (same as starters but slightly smaller portion). Buy wine by the glass so can try out different ones with each of the courses.

The shrimp carpaccio was very refined and tasty, I recommend it. The tuna tartare wasn't bad either. Rich selection of wines
